    All saddles are covered by a Lifetime Warranty on the saddle tree against manufacturing defects under normal use conditions.

    12-Month Leather Warranty

    We also provide a 12-month warranty on leather condition, subject to appropriate care and maintenance.

    Warranty Conditions

    Our warranty is subject to the following conditions:

    Normal fair wear and tear is excluded

    Saddles must be properly maintained and cared for in accordance with recommended care guidelines

    If you believe your saddle may have a warranty issue, please contact us with details, proof of purchase and photographs so we can assist with an assessment.

    In some cases, saddles may need to be returned for assessment prior to warranty approval. Customers are responsible for return freight costs initially, however approved warranty claims will have reasonable freight charges reimbursed.
