Should you experience a defect in materials or workmanship, simply reach out to our customer support, and we'll assist you in arranging a replacement.
Please note: This warranty covers only one replacement pair within the 12-month period. Additional replacements or repairs beyond the initial replacement will not be covered by this warranty.

Care Instructions
- To extend the life of your Track Riding Track Boots and maintain their quality, please follow these care instructions:
Dry Thoroughly After Use: Always allow boots to dry naturally before the next use. Avoid drying near direct heat sources, such as fires or heaters, as this can damage the materials. Natural air drying is recommended.
Avoid Using When Wet: Continuous use of boots while wet will reduce their lifespan. Please note, boots that wear out quickly due to ongoing wet use will not be covered under the 12-month warranty.
Clean Zippers Regularly: Ensure zippers are free from dirt, mud, or debris, as this can affect their function. A soft brush or cloth is ideal for cleaning around the zipper area.
Store Properly: Keep boots in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid damp areas to prevent mould or mildew.
Routine Cleaning: Wipe down the boots with a damp cloth after use to remove any dirt, mud, or sweat residue.
